ORQIVA AI respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the ORQIVA AI application and related services.
ORQIVA AI may process technical information necessary to operate the service, including an anonymous installation identifier, application version, subscription entitlement information, device platform information, and technical diagnostic data.
Apple App Store transaction information and Google Play purchase tokens may be securely processed by our backend solely for verifying purchases, subscriptions, entitlement status, renewals, cancellations, or refunds.
If notifications are enabled, ORQIVA AI processes an anonymous installation identifier, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token, device platform, language, and notification preferences to deliver requested market alerts and service notifications. Notification preferences can be changed within the application.
Questions or text submitted to the ORQIVA AI Assistant are transmitted to ORQIVA servers for processing and generating responses. Research requests may include an asset symbol and market identifier required to provide the requested market information or analysis.
Portfolio information entered by the user, such as position quantity and average purchase price, is stored locally on the device in the current version of the application and is not uploaded to ORQIVA servers. Asset symbols and market identifiers may be sent to retrieve current market information.
ORQIVA AI does not require access to your bank account, brokerage account, cryptocurrency exchange password, payment card number, or trading credentials for normal application use.
Information may be used to provide application functionality, verify subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve reliability, troubleshoot technical issues, and protect the security of the service.
The application may use services provided by Apple App Store, Google Play, and other technology providers necessary for app distribution, billing, analytics, infrastructure, or market data.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information processed by ORQIVA AI. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
